Quality

Every batch of Biscuit Bob's treats is carefully mixed from hand-selected ingredients. We use millet as our grain base, because it has one of the lowest allergen ratings of any grain, and is safer for pets than the wheat, corn, and soy often used in other brands of treats. The flavor for each treat comes from real, whole food ingredients. We use actual fruits and vegetables, real peanut butter, and real cheese. We don't use any flavored oils, sprays, or powders in our treats. We add Vitamins A and E as a natural preservative.

Ingredient quality is the original reason we started making our own treats, and we stand behind every bag and every batch.

Value

Quality ingredients do not need to carry a heavy price tag. Since we began our business in 2009, we have been working hard to improve our manufacturing processes, and streamline our supply and distribution networks. All of this has been done so that we can price our treats at a reasonable level.

We feel that the quality of our treats at these prices provides a value that can't be matched.

Community

We pride ourselves on our ties with our community. We are a Michigan-based company, and we source our ingredients from local farms and suppliers as much as possible. Our first distribution partners were small, family-owned pet supply stores, and our network of independent pet food partners continues to grow.

We consider our customers to be part of our family. Many people who have bought our treats have taken the time to send us great feedback. Some of our customers email us regularly to let us know how their pets are doing. We often allow our return customers to be the first to try our newest flavors. Our community on Facebook is active and growing. Much of our new business comes from people who heard about us from their friends, neighbors, or even the businesses they visit.

Biscuit Bob's is proud to be a part of the community, and we routinely reach out to those around us. We have participated at local events in cities all over Southeast Michigan, meeting many great people along the way. We have donated our time and our treats to help local charities.
